These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SES Management website and any services you request or engage from us. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

SES Management provides professional services including accounting and finance, company secretarial, corporate training, human resources, and technology consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be agreed separately in writing between SES Management and the client before work begins.

3. Use of Our Website

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content from the website without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website

4. Client Responsibilities

Where we provide services under a separate engagement, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information reasonably required for us to carry out the work, and to make decisions or approvals needed to keep the engagement on schedule.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for services are agreed on a per-engagement basis and set out in a separate proposal, contract, or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Late payment may result in suspension of ongoing work.

6. Confidentiality

We treat information shared with us in the course of an engagement as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to deliver the agreed services, as required by law, or with your consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of SES Management unless otherwise noted, and may not be used without our prior written permission. Deliverables produced as part of a client engagement are governed by the terms of the relevant engagement agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SES Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the relevant engagement agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to our website at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malawi, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malawi.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
